DESCRIPTION
This recently fully refurbished T2 apartment is located in the small coastal town of Manta Rota and approximately 45 minutes drive from Faro airport. The apartment is situated on the third floor of a well established holiday complex and is only a 300 metre walk to the beach. With fantastic sea views the apartment is centrally located within the town for access to bars, restaurants and supermarkets but enough distance away to be peaceful; an ideal location for beach lovers and a place to relax. The golf courses of “Monte Rei” “Quinta Da Ria” “Quinta De Cima” and “Benamor” can be found within a 10 minute drive, the Spanish border is approximately 15 minutes drive away with further golf courses.
The apartment is fully equipped with brand new furnishings throughout; for your entertainment there is a “40” flat screen TV with cable channels and internet Wifi. The ultra modern kitchen has new washing machine, dishwasher and all utensils required for cooking. Linen/bed sheets, towels and duvets are all provided for your comfort. A very spacious and modern bathroom has a large shower area. The good size balcony provides you with outdoor dining and a place to relax whilst viewing out towards the sea.
Two large bedrooms, one of which has a small balcony are equip with large built in wardrobes, dressing table/mirror, hair dryer. One of the bedrooms can be split into two single beds upon request and before occupancy. Whilst two further persons can sleep in the living room area if required.
Please be advised that there is no lift up to this third floor apartment.
There is a large private swimming pool located just 150 metres from the apartment. (See picture) There is also a restaurant/bar and children's pool on site. (Open May-Sep) There is a small charge of 5 euro for half day and 7 euro for a full day, this includes sun loungers/parasols etc.
